Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags attached. It must be unworn and free of make-up stains. Items that appear to be worn, have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted.

Accepted returns will be issued a refund for the purchase price excluding any discounts and shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of any refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return and 7-10 business days for our return department to process your refund.

If your return does not qualify for a refund or we receive your items back from our shipping provider due to the address provided being undeliverable, then you will be responsible to e-mail us at info@gkbrandclothing.com. A shipping charge of $5.00 will be applied to mail your items back to you. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or items returned by the shipping provider for 14 days. After 14 days have passed, the items will be donated to a local women's shelter.

The following items are all FINAL sale and cannot be returned to our warehouse:

-----> Accessories (including: Hats, Jewelry, Phone Stones, Sunglasses and Scarves)
-----> Leggings
-----> Clearance Items

Exact Colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, lighting and computer monitor resolutions. These circumstances do not qualify as defects and the buyer will be responsible for return shipping if a return is attempted due to this circumstance.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you find an item to be defective or damaged, please make sure to contact us within 3 days at info@gkbrandclothing.com. If we are not notified within the 3 days of you receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. Please include a photo of the damage/defect in your e-mail.

Due to the fact that our inventory is constantly changing, we are not able to handle exchanges.
