Please be aware that orders CANNOT be changed, modified or canceled after checkout.

We only accept and allow one coupon code per order placed.

As stated in our Return Policy, please remember that all Holiday, Leggings, Accessories and clearance/sales items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all Domestic Orders. Shipping prices to Canada are based on the total weight of the order. All other countries will vary in rates.

We try to ship as quickly as possible. The average shipping time for standard shipping orders can take up to 5-7 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of the warehouse.

We are NOT responsible for the following circumstances:
-----> Delays in shipping that is related to the shipping provider
-----> International Duties or Customs Charges
-----> Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service or other mail
provider will be responsible once we ship the packages.
-----> Products that are marked delivered by the Post Office or other mail provider. You
will need to contact the mail provider to obtain information regarding your
package.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We will not be held responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to the address being entered incorrectly.
